I can't review on the food, as we never got it. So my 1 star is based off customer service. Was on a time crunch, per say....so when I called to order my food, I requested about how long an order would take for pick up. Was quoted 20-25 min. 20 minutes after ordering I arrived to be informed that they only take cash or check, no credit or debit......WHAT?? (Which isn't posted anywhere on their website, kind of important in my mind) Anyway- went back home, got a check, drove back up there only to pay and be told that they got "slammed" and it would be another 20-25 min.........WHAT!?!?! No apology was offered, nothing. I requested my check back and got attitude from them.........really??? I won't ever be trying their food as this was really horrible experience.....

Horrible!!! Stopped in on our way home from Minn. and went to Buddy Holly memorial first then decided to stop here (read a couple good reviews that I now know were prob paid for by incredibly unprofessional rude owner) and boy was it a mistake. First off it was July 3rd and right smack dab where this "hole" was was a town square fair thingy so I knew it would be busy. Funny thing was, only one table in the place had customers but to be fair, there are only like 4-5 tables in the entire place!! If you sat where we sat, shoved in a table that had 4 chairs but the 3 of us were so cramped a cricket could not sit in our 4th chair, then the table behind us could not be sat at because the chairs could not fit if people were in them. Anyhow, back to the ickiness in here. Dirty? Yes! Maybe just so cluttered with crap it felt dirty. Styrofoam cups, plastic silverware, styrofoam plates for customers to eat off of....um what?? Yea, that is classy, NOT. Ordered breaded mushrooms as an app, because pic looked good but they came as a overbreaded clumpy mess, with only 5 mushrooms n were nothing like the pic. $5 for 5 icky mushrooms, wayyyyyyyyyy overpriced!!!! Then our pizza took an hour and 15 minutes. We sat m sat n sat n sat.....hearing everything that went on in the kitchen, well, because the dining room with 5 tables is in same room as kitchen. I call it a kitchen n actually it was just a pizza over n a micro because they heat every thing in micro (we heard them talking about microwaving it). We heard orders being cancelled over the phone for delivery because they took too long and then the owner said "write their name down, they can never order from us again". So you take forever and then get mad at customers? What a joke. Ok so pizza comes and its eh...nothing to write home about. Canned mushrooms, yuk! Crust was good....complained about wait time and owner said we were smart alecs about it. Any owner who treats customers like she does not care, and she surely does not care, deserves nothing but bad reviews! Service from our waitress was decent...but after all, she only had us n 1 other table. I did find it funny tyat an older couple came in to eat and we shooed them away after telling them we had been there over an hour with no pizza. Oh, also their house salad is a tiny ass styrofoam bowl with nothing but lettuce n dressing. This place is just gross! Thank God I will never be back in that city..and if by chance i do find myself there again, i would eat from a dumpster before this place!!!!! 0000000 stars!!! ********UPDATE************* I received this message from an employee of this place today. Maybe this is why this place is disgusting, because they have foul mouthed employees who have zero class and talk like this to unsatisfied customers!! Here is my note from here....pathetic Oh sorry. Are you that one bitch that said all write you a good review and then said just kidding this was horrible because I was that one 16-year-old girl saying thanks and you're fucking asshole!!! I don't know if you can report me on the stupid ass app but I just want to let you know how much of a bitch you are!!! Sorry were not a chain restaurant. We are family owned and when she's talking about microwaving we take our chicken in freezer so it doesn't go bad. We put it in the microwave let it thaw for a little bit and then we put it in the oven. We don't microwave anything else! And the only reason she says put their name on the list they can order from us anymore is because I was the one getting the phone and they were being extremely rude! To be honest I don't think they can get any more bitchy and rude then you can. And The lady in charge is one of the nicest people I know. The stress she has in her life right now is enormous because she could die almost any moment! Also on the Fourth of July we are busy as fuck!!! So you can take your stupid ass to a garbage can and eat out of that for all I care. And you honestly can't be mad about what I'm saying because I read your shit you read mine! Also assuming is to make an ass of yourself. : ) -Dani

Horrible! If you enjoy eating cardboard then this is the place for you. Square pieces of pizza, it's the same tasting pizza as General Kaseys gas station pizza which for some reason Iowa people seem to love, regardless of how long it spins and spins all day in that little mini oven thing. I'm starting to believe people from Iowa have never had real pizza or any real cuisine with actual flavors.

I wasn't impressed. The decor is dreadful packed full of junk and you sit with 1/2 of the kitchen in the dinning area. The food was less than great. The sauce tasted like it was comprised of mostly sugar. I won't be back...
